Olon announces a new investment to further increase the production capacity, in one of the facilities dedicated to biotechnological production.

Thanks to the installation of a new fermenter in the production site of Mahad (India), the Group, global leading API supplier, will be able to increase the total fermentation capacity of the site by 20%. Proportionally, the capacity expressed by the downstream lines will also grow.

The Mahad site is one of the three Olon Biotech centers worldwide, together with Settimo Torinese and Capua (Italy) and is equipped with a line totally dedicated to the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients by microbial fermentation.
